If you arrived at this page you probably already know what a blog is–if not here’s a brief description as provided by Wikipedia:
A blog (a portmanteau of web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
Here’s your chance to discuss all things Belmont and get feedback from your politicians, neighbors, and industry professionals. Of course our posts will be mostly related to real estate and we encourage you to check in frequently for market updates and commentary, but we also have a thing or two to add about life in Belmont.
Want to be a regular poster? Email us to become and invited guest author–or simply reply to any comment already posted.
Feel free to comment about anything important to you–obviously refraining from expletives, slander or other things which could get you in trouble.
We hope this will provide a unique way for Belmont residents to communicate and improve our city and its attributes.
Sincerely,

Looking for capable lawn maintenance and garden care in Belmont. Reasonably priced–ongoing maintenance. I’ve been so ripped off by other unreliable gardners. Please post recommendations.
Hi Barbara,
Glad to found our blog!
My experience is that you can usually get a gardener over to your house and they’ll offer a good price and after awhile they start charging you more and more for the same (or less) service. So we change gardeners quite often.
Sal’s Gardening (650) 333-4373
We’ve used Sal a lot and we keep coming back to him. He’ll do semi-annual clean-ups or weekly/bi-weekly maintenance. I’m pretty specific when I tell him what I want–otherwise there’s unfortunately not a lot of initiative. That’s because he has a crew he sends over once he bids the job and understands what it is you want and his crew does pretty much exactly what he tells them to do–nothing more.
Javier Lopez (650) 520-1988
Javier works with an agent in our office and does the same things for her as Sal does for us–though her landscaping looks better than ours so I too am going to give him a call.
Hope that helps. Tell everyone about this blog so we can make it a huge success!
Thanks,
Drew & Christine Morgan
They could go elsewhere for gas but they
just shop where it’s convenient. Exactly what
they are counting on.
