These are the proprietary graphs that we have been updating since 1989. We use a data-tracking system from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and transform it into clear graphical representations. Our dataset spans from 1989, coinciding with the storage capacity of the MLS, which serves as the temporal boundary for available home sale statistics.
