In addition to our 30 years of real estate services, we are proud to offer notary services, appointed by the State of California, as an additional range of services.

We added our notary services in 2012 as an adjunct to our business in order to better service our community, as at the time no other notaries did business in Belmont.

Because we are also Licensed Real Estate Agents, and hold an Insurance License, we are uniquely qualified to answer questions about notarial acts that may involve these types of transactions. 

NOTE: Notaries are disallowed from answering questions about real estate transactional documents without holding a real estate license.

Notary services are charged as per California law—currently $15.00 per signature. We accept cash, checks, credit cards or contactless card reader payment.

Please call ahead to make an appointment if possible, as we are often in the field and away from the office.

We can do in-home visits if they are local—typically at no additional charge.
