These are our proprietary graphs that we have been updating since 1989. We utilize a data tracking system from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and subsequently transform it into a comprehensible graphical representations. Our dataset spans from 1989, coinciding with the storage capacity of the MLS, which serves as the temporal boundary for available home sale statistics.
