Thanks for checking in on our custom newsletters archive page. We personally design our newsletters and incorporate articles of interest, whether it be historical sights in Belmont, real estate related ideas for tax savings, or how to keep your current property tax when you move. And of course we provide monthly statistics on the state of the housing market.

We also post many of these articles on our blog page which we encourage you to visit. Here we can go into more depth analyzing sales trends, so if you are a numbers junkie that’s a good place to start. We also have the statistics page which are the raw numbers in graph form if you are interested in seeing trends dating back to 1998.

If you’d like to join our mailing list you may sign up below, and you’ll also be removed from our print mailing if you so choose. Our email list enables us to reach out monthly with articles of interest. Here, we even add a recipe or two from our kitchen—a favorite past time of ours.
