From our initial meeting when we were first considering listing our house, the two of you stood out among the other agents we interviewed as the most prepared, the most researched and just generally being a wealth of knowledge about the Belmont real estate market. You had great advice about how to prepare, market and price our house for sale. One of the things that impressed us most was your approach in providing guidance and information without making us feel pressured. We discovered that there were many nerve wracking decisions to be made when selling our home and you always provided us with all the information to make those decisions on our own.
Another thing we really appreciated about you is how "cool under fire" you both are. We believe our home selling experience went very quickly and smoothly. We think it felt that way in part because of how calmly you managed the whole process despite how much needed to be accomplished in such a short time frame (2 1/2 weeks). And even when an unexpected problem did come up during the offer process (which was outside of your control) you never let it shake you. You just focused on how to solve the problem and ended up getting us an even better result. We were truly impressed by how you handled yourselves and how you represented us in pressure situations!
